What if my credit score is under 650/700?
Applicants with a credit score less than 650/700 can opt to have a co-signer apply ($50 application fee). The co-signer must have a 700 or higher credit score and meet the criteria of an applicant.
What if I have a criminal record?
Applicants with a criminal record are welcome to apply.
We have a firm policy on no sex offenders, sexual related crimes, and violent crimes.

What do I need to bring with when I apply?
We will need a copy of all applicants photo ID's.
We also ask that you provide 2 months worth of pay stubs for your current employment or an offer letter for a new position. This will expedite the application process greatly.

How long does the application process take?
Depending upon how fast we receive information, between 3-5 business days.
What happens if I am denied?
Upon denial, we will issue a refund of your security deposit in the method it was paid.
